What we collect

• Account details — your email and name, provided through our sign-in provider (Auth0). We never see or store your password.
• Your project content — the photos, notes, parts lists, and project data you upload. It's stored in Microsoft Azure and belongs to you.
• Billing details — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Diagnostics — crash reports and error telemetry from our own apps, used only to fix problems.

What we do with it

We use your data to run Pathways for you — storing and syncing your projects across your devices, processing your subscription, and improving the product. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or train third-party AI models on your photos.

AI features

When you use features like manual-based part identification or note summaries, the specific photo or note you choose is sent to an AI service to produce the result you asked for. Nothing is sent unless you invoke the feature.

Your control

You can delete photos, projects, or your entire account at any time. Deletion is real: media removed from your Recycle Bin is permanently deleted from storage. For a full export of your data, contact support@codercraft.com.
