The service

Pathways is a subscription service by CoderCraft for documenting and managing restoration projects. Your subscription tier sets how many active projects you can keep and how much storage you have. Archived projects stay readable and don't count against your project limit.

Your account

You need an account to use Pathways, and you're responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.

You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that's being used to break these terms, and we'll tell you why.

Your content

Everything you upload remains yours. You grant us only the rights we need to run the service for you: storing your content, displaying it back to you, syncing it between your devices, and — when you ask for an AI feature — sending the specific item you chose to the service that produces the result.

Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, and don't use Pathways to store anything unlawful.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically. Every tier starts with a 14-day free trial — cancel during the trial and you won't be charged.

You can cancel any time from your billing portal, and your subscription then runs to the end of the period you've paid for, with your projects and photos untouched. Deleting your account is a different thing: it cancels your subscription immediately, with no refund for the remainder of the period, and removes your content.

If a payment fails we'll keep trying for a short while and your access continues during that; if it keeps failing, new uploads and new projects pause while everything you've already documented stays readable.

Fair use

Storage and project limits are per account. We may throttle or refuse abuse — automated scraping, reselling access, or using Pathways as bulk storage for things that aren't project documentation — but we'll always talk to you first.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Pathways up, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features; where a change materially reduces what you're paying for, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

Warranty and liability

Pathways is provided as-is. We work hard to keep your data safe, but you should keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose — Settings can export your media at any time.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending it

You can stop using Pathways whenever you like, and delete your account with it. If we ever close the service, we'll give you notice and time to export your projects first.
