Email support@codercraft.com with anything at all — a question, something broken, or an idea. Replies come from a person, usually within two business days.

On the web and in the Windows app, the in the top bar reports a problem or suggests an improvement, and sends along what you were looking at, which saves a round of questions. On the phone, it's Report a Problem in Settings.

Common questions

Do I need a subscription?

Yes. Pathways is a subscription, and it is bought on the website at pinballpathways.com — the Android app does not sell subscriptions. Sign in on the phone with the same account afterwards.

How do I cancel?

Go to Account → Billing — you'll be asked to sign in first if you aren't — which opens the payment provider's own portal. Cancelling stops future charges; your projects and photos stay where they are until you delete them.

How do I delete my account and everything in it?

Start at Delete your account. It explains what is removed, what is kept and for how long, and it works from the phone or a browser.

Where are the Terms and the Privacy Policy?

What the phone does, and what the website does

The Android app is built for the workbench: taking photos and videos, importing from your library, tagging, and browsing what you have shot. Everything below works in a browser (and in the Windows app) rather than on the phone, so nothing is missing from your account if you cannot find it there.

Capture and import: Upload photos from a browser.
